HOW TO ORDER FROM OUR ONLINE STORE
  1. Product Selection: Use the Store Menu at left to browse our online store pages and find the products you wish to order. Click "Add to Cart", select the colour and fill in the quantity for each product you wish to order. Check your cart, and once you are sure that your order is correct, click "Check Out".
  2. Delivery Details: Fill in the form with your name, delivery address, billing address, email and phone number, then click 'Continue'.
  3. Payment: Enter your credit card details for payment of your order, then click 'Continue'.
  4. Confirmation: You will receive an online confirmation of your transaction, followed by a confirmation email. Both confirmations contain your unique order number, and act as your invoice and receipt.

Post and Delivery

For New Zealand customers we post out our orders using Parcel Post, which usually takes 2-3 days to reach their destination. Orders will take longer if an item is out of stock and has to be ordered. If your order is required urgently, please let us know as we can post your goods by NZ Post overnight courier. Standard courier charges apply to this service.

Parcels sent to International customers will reach destinations in 4-5 days from time of dispatch. Once we have shipped the parcel, we'll give you the tracking numbers of the courier so that you can see on line, where your parcel is.

Overseas Custom Duties

Custom duties and tax may be levied on incoming parcels in many countries and payment of these levies is the customer's responsibility. It is particularly important for customers in UK, Canada and Europe to be aware that these charges may occur.

Customers in any part of the world are advised to familiarise themselves with their country's importation policies before they place an order.

Credit Card Payments

The credit card holder must pay all orders placed on our web site. We accept the following card types: Visa and MasterCard. They are accepted with the following conditions:

  • The order billing name and address must match the details held by your credit card company.
  • We can only send goods to a Post Office (PO) Box if the shipping name and address matches with the details held by the credit card Company.

In certain circumstances we may ask you to provide additional information regarding the credit card. NOTE: We screen diligently for credit card fraud and pursue fraudulent orders to the full extent of the law. Some countries are not included on our checkout page due to a high percentage of fraud reported by the banks. If your country is not listed, please contact us to arrange an alternative form of payment.

Gift Message / Special Instructions

If you purchase a gift card, we will print the text you enter in the Gift Message field in the card. If you haven't purchased a gift card we can still print a gift message on the packing slip enclosed with the order at no additional cost.
