Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of everything we sell. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us in unused condition within 30 days of receipt, if applicable in its original undamaged packaging, and we will happily refund to the original cardholder's credit card. If the product is not faulty, the original expense incurred in shipping the product to you is not refundable (and will be deducted at cost). Please e-mail us before returning the goods.

Every footwear manufacturer interprets international footwear sizes slightly differently. We have made every attempt to provide accurate size conversion information. However if an item of footwear isn't a perfect fit, we will happily replace it with another. The postage cost of sending another pair will be charged to you at cost. We can quote you a price before you return the footwear.

Returns & Refunds Policy Faulty Goods

All products purchased from Leather Direct are warranted against defective materials and workmanship. This excludes normal wear and tear. If you have received a faulty product, please e-mail us within 60 days of receiving your order, and we will give you instructions on how we can resolve the problem at our expense.

Incorrect Item

If we send you an incorrect item, please return it to us in its original condition and we will exchange the product for the correct item, or if you prefer, exchange for another item or refund the total price paid.

Damaged Item

If an item ordered arrives damaged, please make a claim by e-mailing us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We cannot be held responsible if we are not informed within this time, as we have to be prompt in making a claim on our postal insurance.

Returning Goods

Before returning any goods, you must contact us on our e-mail address so we can advise on the most suitable plan of action. Many issues can be resolved without incurring the expense of return postage costs. When returning goods, please quote the order number, e-mail address and shipping address used when ordering and the date of purchase. Please securely package the item(s) enclosing a note explaining the problem and details of the correspondence with our Returns Department. Postage must be pre-paid and you should ensure you have adequate insurance cover, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost shipments returned to us.
